How much food do I get? How much does it cost?
All meals are individually priced. Family size meals have 6 servings with an average cost
of $5.00 per person. Half size meals have 3 servings with an average cost of $5.00 per person.
How much freezer space do I need?
Meals will be packaged in a combination of foil pans and Ziploc bags with saving freezer space in mind. The pans and bags will fit easily in a standard refrigerator/freezer.

Can I place a carryout order for more than oneindividual item?
Yes, you may choose an individual menu item up to 2 times while registering for your carry out order. If you wish to purchase more than 2 of the same entree please leave us a note in the comment box provided towards the end of the ordering process and we would be happy to accomodate your needs.

Do you use fresh or frozen vegetables and fruit?
A combination of both fresh and frozen fruits and vegetables are used depending on the recipe and individual ingredient. Some vegetables for freezer use preserve better if they're flash frozen shortly after harvesting (like potatoes). Others work well from the fresh state. We experiment in our test kitchen with all of our recipes to find the combination of ingredients that will both taste good and freeze/thaw well.
